Terms of Service

These terms cover Supabrain's cloud sync and hosted MCP connection. The service is operated by Adam Duchemann. Contact adam@supabrain.io. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, subject to your mandatory rights under applicable law.

The service

Supabrain lets you save and reuse synced project knowledge across sessions and AI tools. The hosted connection supports authenticated keyword retrieval, exact content reads and permitted changes, including validated memory saves and project tasks. The hosted connection does not access unsynced local files or provide the desktop app's local semantic index. Availability of a client integration or directory listing depends on that client's rules and supported accounts.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be entitled to enter these terms in your jurisdiction, use an account you are authorized to access, and comply with applicable law. Keep credentials secure and notify us if your account or client access is compromised. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to use its account and process its content.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You grant Supabrain permission to store, synchronize, process and transmit that content as necessary to provide your requested features, sharing and connected-client access, using the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Supabrain.

Supply only content you have permission to store and disclose. You are responsible for choosing what to sync and which people, projects and AI clients may receive it. Respect others' rights and the service's account and sharing boundaries.

Connected clients and changes

Read access permits retrieval of knowledge available to the connected account. Write access permits the supported creation, update and deletion operations. Review a client's requested access before approving it, and review significant changes. Some operations can be destructive. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated; verify important outputs before relying on them.

You may revoke clients through Manage connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not recall content already returned to a client. External AI clients operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention, deletion and leaving

Active memories remain until deletion. Ordinary deletion can retain stored content, sync markers and recovery history while hiding an item from normal retrieval; it is not an automatic permanent purge. There is no automatic 30-day deletion program for memory content. Provider backups, diagnostics and device/client copies have separate lifetimes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may stop using the service and revoke connections at any time. Contact adam@supabrain.io to request an export, account closure or permanent removal. Requests are handled separately from ordinary soft deletion, with identity and scope checks where needed and subject to applicable law and rights.

Acceptable use and service protection

Do not use the service unlawfully, access another person's data without authorization, misuse credentials, bypass permissions, disrupt the service or use it to distribute harmful content. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect users or service security, address abuse, or comply with law. We provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where practical and legally permitted.

Pricing and third parties

The MCP tools do not transfer money or process purchases. Any separately offered paid plan or purchase is subject to the pricing and conditions shown when you choose it; these terms do not create an undisclosed charge or subscription. You are responsible for any separate agreement with your chosen AI client or other third-party service.

Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care in providing the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every client, or that AI-generated outputs are correct. Maintain copies of information you need independently. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without additional guarantees beyond those required by law or expressly agreed with you.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a consumer right where the law does not allow that exclusion or limit, including mandatory rights relating to reasonable care, fraud or intentional misconduct.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes and will show the new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required. Applicable mandatory law and your rights to contact competent authorities or courts remain unaffected. For questions, support or a dispute, first contact adam@supabrain.io.
